Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and the on-going spread of the Coronavirus Pandemic, Aurelia Bazaar retains the rights to refuse all returns or exchanges unless an order has been delivered incorrectly.
All Aurelia Bazaar products must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected or the tamper proof seal broken in any way or a return will not be issued. Cosmetics and Human hair extensions are considered hygienic products; Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the tamper proof seal on the packaging has been broken or manipulated in any way.
Please Contact Us within 48 hours upon retrieval of your package to begin the process of filing a claim for a refund or exchange. All items which are shipped will be couriered through USPS with a valid tracking number with updates in real time. In the event you are experiencing a missing package, please refer to your tracking number and contact the postal service to initiate an investigation to locate your package.
Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return!
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number since we will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you use USPS to send your return.
